Another who has a child with a severe illness is also struggling in the healing journey. LU88 voluntary fund spent 30 million to encourage these staff to overcome the difficulties.
The LU88 Voluntary Fund encourages the Administration Divisions to always closely communicate with workers to update and support right in time. With cases that received support, LU88 also keeps sharing to inspire and regularly visit to have a plan to propose additional support if needed, to ensure that LU88 support plan is meaningful and effective.
